On March 5th – March 7th, 2014, Wells Fargo Securities will host the annual Wells Fargo Securities Sophomore Diversity Summit. This summit will provide underrepresented sophomore students interested in finance the opportunity to broaden their understanding of the financial services industry and learn more about Wells Fargo Securities.
This three-day summit will be held in our Charlotte, North Carolina offices. Wells Fargo will pay all student travel and lodging related expenses. Students will be given the opportunity to network with senior management and other WFS professionals, participate in panel discussions and industry focused case studies, learn how to navigate the recruiting process, find out more about Wells Fargo’s unique culture and meet other high achieving diverse students from across the country.
Application and eligibility requirements
• Open to all interested sophomore parties, inclusive of underrepresented college sophomores (African American, Hispanic/ Latino American, LGBT, and women), currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in ANY major

• Along with your resume, attach a separate Word document with responses to the following essay question, “Why is diversity important to an organization and what do you hope to get out of this summit?” (350 words or less)
