Anna is a rising senior at Washington and Lee where she majors in English with a minor in Creative Writing. She is an Appalachian Adventure Pre-Orientation Leader and recently interned for W&L’s literary magazine, Shenandoah.
For her HGTV Magazine internship, she works Tuesdays through Fridays from 10am-6pm. On Tuesday’s, Anna works with products in the home department and the rest of the week, she helps the editorial team. During her #wluDITL, she will be working with the home department to help the magazine is shoot the September cover.
Anna says, “HGTV Magazine is an approachable, colorful magazine for home and garden design. Based off of the television network, the magazine is fairly new to the Hearst world but has strong numbers on the newsstands.”
