Office closed Thursday, June 20

The University Registrar’s office will be closed all day on Thursday, June 20th for an office retreat. No transcript requests will be processed on that day. All requests received by noon on Wednesday, June 19 will be processed before Thursday. Thank you for your understanding.

Non-senior grades due Friday, May 24 by noon

Please note this grading deadline for undergraduates (non-seniors).  Submit through WebAdvisor by noon, please. Six-week spring courses are the only exception to this deadline. Thank you.

Restricted Access to WebAdvisor Grades

While seniors are certified for graduation, some WebAdvsisor screens are restricted (grading, academic course history, degree audits…).  Access should be restored around noon on Wednesday.

Deadline: Degree Application for Fall 2013 Grads

Spring Term Drop/Add

is only two days long, Monday-Tuesday April 22-23. Changes can be made through WebAdvisor.  No waitlist offers are made after midnight on Monday, so if a waitlisted course has an opening on Tuesday, then a registration override form is required.
