Seniors register on Tue, Nov 4, juniors on Wed, Nov 5, sophomores on Thur,
Nov 6, and first-years on Fri, Nov 7. Registration windows each day are from
7:30 a.m. until 2:00 p.m. Students can now … meet with advisers, …check for
holds, …review the winter course offering site and details, …build their
preferred course list in WebAdvisor, …and get instructor consents in advance.
After Wednesday, Sept 24th, all registration changes to fall term require a
petition to the Faculty Executive Committee, and the faculty’s drop with record
policy is in effect.
All registration changes in the second week of the term require a paper drop/add form and signatures of adviser, instructor(s), and a dean. There is a $100 late fee. Late P/F declarations are still processed online through WebAdvisor with additional approvals and late fee.

FY students register Tue. Sep. 9 and Wed. Sep. 10th. SO, JR, and SR registration re-opens on Wed. Sep. 10 at 5:00 p.m. and drop/add continues until midnight on Wed. Sep.17
All new students (First-Years, transfers, exchange) should participate in Check-In. The line is open between 9:00a-1:30p.
For SO, JR, and SR: Fall term waitlist offers end Wednesday (9/3) at midnight and registration changes end Thursday (9/4) at midnight. FY registration takes place Tuesday (9/9) and Wednesday (9/10). Registration re-opens on Wednesday (9/10) at 5:00 p.m. with waitlist offers and drops/adds for all undergraduate students.
All incoming W&L students (law and undergrad) must complete the online
matriculation process prior to the start of the academic year. Check in through
WebAdvisor anytime, but save yourself time and a possible late fee by taking
care of this as soon as possible.
