Normal

All network services and servers functioning normally. Report any problems to the Information Desk at x4357 (HELP).

Widespread outage

Many services intermittent or unavailable 8 a.m.-8 p.m. Aug. 9, during network upgrades.

Internet slow responding

We’ve had reports of Sakai, Word Press, Slate products not loading or throwing timeout errors and we have reported the problem. Our internet provider is having some issues. We will update the status to green when the issues are resolved.

RightFax not uploading files

RightFax is not uploading files at this time. We have a ticket in with the vendor. The status light will return to green when the problem has been fixed.

WebAdvisor, Colleague

These applications may be unavailable between 3-5 p.m., while upgrades are completed

Phones, Network

Campus phone service, and many network services, unavailable beginning 6 a.m. Sunday, for up to 12 hours. http://dashboards.blogs.wlu.edu/2014/07/25/outage/

The Pulse VPN will be out of service until the afternoon of Monday the 14th of July.

Outlook issues

Outlook/OWA is not responsive for some users. The servers are being rebooted. You may be kicked out of your session and/or get an error. Log off and back in and if you have any lingering problems please contact the Help desk at extension 4357.
