Important Followup to Augusta Health (Hospital) ER
On April 19th, I reported the possibility that effective today, Shenandoah Emergency Medicine Specialists (the group serving the Augusta Health Hospital ER), would fall out of Anthem’s network if an agreement was not reached to continue the in-network relationship. I am pleased to report that an agreement has been reached and the ER will remain in Anthem’s network.

Residential Address Requirement (from TIAA/CREF)

Can’t Find Your Anthem Health Insurance Card?
Log into Anthem’s website at http://www.anthem.com/health-insurance/home/overview , then click on “Customer Care” in the upper right-hand corner and you can print a temporary i.d. card and/or order a replacement card from Anthem.
